We have had success in many cases without going to trial, whether it be through negotiations or full dismissals. We have won based on motions to suppress evidence and arguments that the alleged behavior is legally justified or not criminal.

We are also experienced trial attorneys ready to tell your story to a jury. We have won Not Guilty verdicts based on factual arguments like the behavior didn’t happen, the act did not occur, or the state’s story is wrong.

We have also successfully kept clients out of prison and reduced potential harsh sentences. We know how to show the courts our clients humanity and connect our clients with services and diversion programs to set them up for success both in and out of the courtroom.

We operate on a flat fee basis. We charge a single fee for a case, rather than an hourly rate. This benefits our clients by capping the costs for all of our work, regardless of how long the case takes. Our fee is a reflection of the time, attention, and energy we plan on putting into your case. We charge the amount we do because we do more. 

We only take a limited amount of cases because we want to make sure each client and their case get the time and attention they deserve. We are not a volume focused firm. We are people focused. We do everything we can to help the people who pay for our services achieve their goals.
