Emma J. Campion
Lead Criminal Defense Attorney
Your life is worth defending. Emma Campion has spent her entire career making sure every one of her clients receives an individualized defense, tailored to the goals that are best for them and their case. As a second-generation criminal defense attorney serving western Wisconsin, she works passionately to protect every client.
Your case is next.
This is who you call when your story deserves to be told.
Track Record
Resisting/Obstructing — Law enforcement claimed client resisted arrest by moving his body and making law enforcement duties more difficult.
Body camera footage discredited law enforcement testimony by showing that there was no resisting and law enforcement had control of his body the entire time
Title IX Violation — K-12 Student alleged to have violated Title IX sexual harassment policy based on allegations made by another student.
The alleged conduct could not be proven, and, even if it could be believed, was not on the basis of sex and therefore did not violate the policy.
Possession of Meth — client charged based on unrelated traffic stop which was unlawfully expanded to search for drugs.
There was no reason for law enforcement to believe that there were drugs in the car. The case was dimissed based upon a successful motion to suppress evidence.
When everything is on the line,
you deserve an attorney who understands your fight.
“When you are charged with a crime, your future is at stake. I’m here to listen to you first—to learn about you and your story. I want to talk to you about your goals and how we can best achieve them. Be it through negotiation, litigation, or trial, I’m here to help and walk you through the legal process every step of the way.”
